Christmas

This was Hannah's first Christmas and it was so fun to watch her. We didn't decorate too much this year but when I was putting the lights on the tree she really seemed to like watching them. Here's a picture of her next to our small decorated tree.

Brian also enjoyed the lights.


Hannah is too small to really understand the whole gift thing but she still seemed to have fun watching us help her open her presents and she got really excited when she saw some of them. Like most babies, she really enjoyed the wrapping paper. On Christmas eve we went to Grandma & Grandpa Huybooms house and had a yummy meal and played the traditional Bingo game with fun prizes. We forgot to take our camera so we didn't get any pictures but we're planning to get copies from some of the others that were there. We spent that night at Brian's parents house and we gave Hannah her first gift before she went to bed. Here she is opening it.

On Christmas morning we had our own little family gift opening on the bed before we joined the rest of the family to open gifts.

Hannah received lots of fun toys, books, clothes, and some yummy baby food!


After our fun morning with Price family, we went and spent the afternoon and the evening with the Turner family. Hannah's cousin Halle gave her a really cute outfit and her first pair of Nike shoes.


Hannah's 2 year old cousin Jayci wanted to hold her so we were trying to take pictures. Neither of them seemed to enjoy it too much.


Christmas wore daddy out but Hannah just wanted more!
