A day at Edenvale Park

We love going to the park by our house and we go there almost every day and sometimes more than once a day. I took the camera along with us on one of our morning walks to take some pictures. Most of them are of Hannah playing on the playground.

Hannah loves being in the swing. She likes to watch the other kids that are playing, the dogs and people that walk by on the trail, the airplanes flying overhead, the people playing tennis, the squirrels running around, and pretty much anything else that is going on around her. I have fun watching her and sometimes I'll sing songs or do other things to help entertain her and make her smile or laugh.
She also likes to play on the little horses and she is getting good at rocking them. I usually stand right next to her but she is getting really good at balancing on them so I stepped back quick to take a picture:
She likes to play with the wood chips:
Recently Hannah learned how to turn around, back up, and sit on things. I love watching her do it especially when she walks up to me, turns around and sits on my lap. She likes sitting here:
Sometimes she wants to sit on the benches but I have to help her get on them:
She likes to play in the train. I usually don't let her take her stuffed animals outside or to the park, but that day I let her take Elmo so he is in a lot of the remaining pictures:

Hannah is also enjoying the slides more and more. I have to help her go down them so I couldn't take any pictures. One of these days when Brian is with us at the park I will make sure I take some pictures of her on the slide.

I think this tree is cool so I took a couple pictures of it:

Every evening around 5:00 there is a large group of people that gathers in the park with their dogs. We go there a few times a week during that time so Hannah can see all of the dogs and so we can meet new people. It's hard keeping track of the names of all the dogs and their owners but we learn more every time we go. Everyone has so much fun together! They are planning to dress up all of their dogs on Halloween and have a little parade. We might go watch and take pictures. Brian and Hannah went and took a few pictures of the group while I was making dinner last night. Apparently one of the dogs decided Hannah was part of his territory and marked her.

Hannah likes to watch the dogs and pet them but she doesn't like them to touch her or lick her face:
